ZF Marine Blog: Controls

ZF Marine is a world leader in marine propulsion technology. One of the main areas of a propulsion system is controls. ZF Marine’s controls systems business (originally Mathers controls) is over 50 years old and has been an industry leader in the development of mechanical and electronic control systems for both pleasure craft and commercial craft.

Scott McCauley is our business unit manager for marine control systems in North America. Scott has been with the company for 15 years and has held various positions in our controls business. We’ve asked Scott to share some of his knowledge of marine controls systems with you. Each month he will add to this blog to give you tips and information about ZF marine control systems.
